Dealer Onboarding Guide

Step 1: Navigate to the Dealer Portal

From the homepage, look for the Dealer link to navigate to our dedicated dealer platform at portal.onlyev.com.

Step 2: Sign Up as a Dealer

Click on "Create dealer account" and fill out the initial signup form to create your account.

Step 3: Access Your Dashboard

After verifying your email or phone number, you will be logged into your new dealer dashboard. Since your account is not yet verified, you will see a yellow alert banner prompting you to complete your verification. Click the alert to proceed.

Step 4: Verification & Approval

You will be taken to the onboarding checklist page. Here, you will need to provide essential details about your dealership, such as your legal business name and license number, as well as set up your payment method.

Once you submit your application, our team will review your dealer license and details. This typically takes 1-2 business days. Once approved, the checklist will turn green and you will gain full access to the portal!
