Managing Your Profile
You can update your personal information, contact email, and phone number by navigating to the Settings page in your Seller Portal. Keeping this information up to date ensures you don't miss any offers or important notifications about your listing.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Because vehicle sales involve high-value transactions and sensitive personal documents, we highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication. You can set this up to require a text message code or an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) every time you log in.
Notification Preferences
We send email and SMS alerts when you receive a new bid, a message from a buyer, or when a document requires your signature. You can customize which alerts you receive, and how you receive them, in the Notifications tab of your Settings.
