The Messaging Inbox
Once you receive a bid or an inquiry, you can communicate directly with the interested dealer or private party via our secure messaging inbox. This protects your personal phone number and email address from being exposed to the public.
Scheduling Inspections
If a dealer or private buyer wants to inspect the vehicle in person, you can propose a meeting time and location directly in the chat. We recommend meeting in well-lit, public areas (like a local police station parking lot) for private party sales.
